Always wanted to learn how to tuft? In our 5 hour course, we teach you all you need to know to get started! What will you learn? - All there is to know about the different types of guns (cut pile, loop pile and long pile) and you get to use all 3 if you want! - What to look for in searching for the perfect fabric - Which wool to use - Transferring your design onto the canvas - Tufting! FINALLY - How to finish your design (shaving, sculpting, gluing, backing, etc). ​You can make your own design or use one of our workshop designs. Whatever you wish! There is a maximum of 7 participants for the workshop. ​Let's get ready to tuft! What do you get? - Your own custom designed rug! (40 x 50 cm) - Free lunch! - Coffee/tea/soda's (maybe even a beer after!) - Instructions on your DIY tufting frame - €10,- discount on your own tufting gun! ​ Good to know: Your instructor speaks Dutch and English Where? Shaggies Shop Czaar Peterstraat 104a 1018PS Amsterdam Cancelation policy: If the customer, for whatever reason, cannot be present at one of his/her lessons, the customer must notify this no later than one week (!) before the start by e-mail (info@shaggies-amsterdam.com or telephone (0658016500). If the customer cancels on time, it is still possible to make up this lesson at another time free of charge, provided when the teacher in question teaches at a different time, and there is room within the lesson. If the customer is late with cancelling, it is not possible to make up for this lesson free of charge. Although, if the customer can find a replacement for the date booked, the customer can reschedule the workshop to another date.
