Always wanted to learn how to tuft? In our 5 hour course, we teach you all you need to know to get started, and you'll leave this class as a tufting pro! What will you learn? - All there is to know about the 3 different types of guns (cut pile, loop pile and long pile) and how each one gives the yarn a different height. If you want to give your carpet depth, you get to use all 3 guns! - What to look for in searching for the perfect fabric - Which wool to use - Transferring your design onto the canvas - Tufting! FINALLY - How to finish your design (shaving, sculpting, gluing, backing, etc). You can make your own design or use one of our workshop designs. Whatever you wish! There is a maximum of 7 participants for the workshop. Let's get ready to tuft! What do you get? - Your own custom designed rug! Cancellation Policy
Cancelation policy: If you cannot be present at your lesson, please notify us no later than one week (!) before the start by e-mail (Info@shaggies-amsterdam.com). If you need to cancel between seven days and 24 hours before, your booking can be transferred to another date, subject to availability, with a maximum 2 reschedules. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the workshop can’t be refunded or rescheduled, as materials and preparation will already be in place.
