Service Description
Ever wanted to learn how to macrame? At this hands-on, beginner level macrame workshop you will learn how to create your own beautiful and unique macrame wall hanging and bring texture and life to your space! We will spend time learning basic knots and techniques and then you will create your very own tapestry which you can proudly say you made with your own hands. You will also learn about the benefits of this craft and many other tips to help you on your macrame journey, so you will leave filled with inspiration. Afterwards you can use your skills to create many more tapestries or other macrame projects such as plant hangers. It’s all possible once you know the basic knots! What you’ll get All materials are included in this workshop, including both natural cotton cord and a wooden dowel, so you will take a completed tapestry home with you at the end of the course. A course manual with instructional guidance and video links will be provided during the workshop for all participants. Cancellation Policy
Cancelation policy: If you cannot be present at your lesson, please notify us no later than one week (!) before the start by e-mail (Info@shaggies-amsterdam.com). If you need to cancel between seven days and 24 hours before, your booking can be transferred to another date, subject to availability, with a maximum 2 reschedules. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the workshop can’t be refunded or rescheduled, as materials and preparation will already be in place.
