Service Description
Collaging is fun and deeply relaxing - a bit like building with visual LEGO. It’s also a powerful tool for reflection and intention-setting. In this workshop, we’ll explore what supports your wellbeing and make it visible. Through images, color, and texture, you’ll build a collage that captures what nourishes you — something you can return to as a gentle reminder. You’ll create a personal Self-Care Guide based research about burnout prevention and on 15 core needs framework. Come solo or with others. No experience required — just curiosity. All materials and light, supportive guidance are included. You’ll get: -A visual wellbeing manifesto -A completed A3/A4 collage -Tea, cookies + a supportive environment for self-exploration Hello! I’m Maria - a cognitive psychologist and user researcher. I love translating behavioral science into simple practices people can actually use. Through UX work, coaching, and facilitation, I help individuals and teams manage energy, move through career challenges, and design meaningful change in a way that feels grounded and doable.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelation policy: If you cannot be present at your lesson, please notify us no later than one week (!) before the start by e-mail (Info@shaggies-amsterdam.com). If you need to cancel between seven days and 24 hours before, your booking can be transferred to another date, subject to availability, with a maximum 2 reschedules. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the workshop can’t be refunded or rescheduled, as materials and preparation will already be in place.
