Service Description
This workshop is for all skill levels, so no matter if you are just getting into drawing and illustration, or if you're someone who is looking to find new ways to experiment or challenge yourself. Please be aware that in this workshop, you will not be taught how to draw. We will focus on hands-on experimentation, idea generation, and staying aware of the world around you. All work will be created using physical materials and methods, so no digital drawing, or AI tools. Most of our activities happen in class, but you’ll also get small take-home prompts as well as one bigger project: your own illustrated narrative. All materials will be provided, but you are always welcome to bring your own favorite tools. You can decide to share or just use them for yourself! Class size: 3-6 people Level: All skill levels Language: English 4 consecutive sessions: November 11th, November 18th, November 25th, December 2nd 18:30 - 20:30 Poppie (insta: @poppietattoos) is an Amsterdam-based FLINTA tattoo artist with a strong focus on inclusivity and accessibility. Her background in illustration plays a big part in her work. With this workshop, Poppie invites you to join a relaxed, supportive environment where you can experiment, connect, and make art together.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelation policy: If you cannot be present at your lesson, please notify us no later than one week (!) before the start by e-mail (Info@shaggies-amsterdam.com). If you need to cancel between seven days and 24 hours before, your booking can be transferred to another date, subject to availability, with a maximum 2 reschedules. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the workshop can’t be refunded or rescheduled, as materials and preparation will already be in place.
